Founded in 2018, Care-Factor was established to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those less fortunate. Each year, we host an Industry Charity Trade Ball for the International Freight and Logistics sector, bringing our community together to support important causes and enjoy a fun and memorable night.
Our mission is simple yet impactful: to raise essential funds for charities that support children and families or contribute to vital medical research. Thanks to the generosity of our community and sponsors, every dollar collected goes directly to the year’s chosen charities, amplifying their ability to provide critical resources, services, and advancements.

Money Raised
Over the last four charity events, Care Factor has raised over $240,000 for charity's that have aligned with our mission.
In 2024, with industry’s support we raised over $100,000 which went to Childhood Dementia Initiative and Dolly's Dream to support and fund research for childhood dementia and also help raise awareness and help children experiencing bullying.

At our training courses, participants will learn how to recognise the signs of mental health issues, provide initial assistance, and connect individuals to appropriate resources for further support. Through interactive and engaging activities, participants will also develop strategies to build resilience, cope with stress, and bounce back from setbacks.
